It does not change Windows registry settings or create additional files on the disk without permission, so it leaves no traces after being deleted.

When launch it automatically scans your system to collect information and reports the card name, GPU, release date and transistor, BIOS version, ROP, memory type, memory size, bus width, bandwidth, driver version, GPU and default clocks and other important details.

When switch to the sensors tab, GPU-Z displays the GPU temperature, core, memory and shader clocks, fan speed and RPM, GPU, used memory, memory controller and video engine loads, and the VDDC (memory voltage). The information gets continuously updated by GPU-Z at the frequency set for the sensor refresh rate that can be changed and all sensor information can be saved to a plain text document.
